Police are scouring a South Dallas neighborhood after a Plano man was found slain in the back seat of a pickup Wednesday afternoon.  Eloy Espinoza Merlan, 42, had been shot multiple times when officers found him about 12:30 p.m. in the back seat of a Toyota Tundra parked on Marder Street
